"I think you know the quick characteristics of that is open and participatory and transparent. It is relationships that are built on trust. It is relationships where if IT is doing it flawlessly, they're passing the credit to the business owners. And then what happens is that I'm not known for a particular project or a particular team. I am known for a series of particular projects and those are the systems are really transformational and really make a difference, because they survive a single leader and they survive a single team being involved in that particular project."
