"There's a famous saying, never waste a good crisis, and I think that's very important, if you are
in a crisis situation, you need to think about how to turn that to your advantage and candidly if you're not in a crisis situation, sometimes the best way to get change done is to create a crisis and then use that to your advantage. So it isn't always a bad situation to have immediate challenges, lack the resources, and so on. You just take have to think about how to turn that to your advantage to get the result that you need.

And if you've got cost problems that you need to deal with and presented appropriately those can be a driver for consolidating systems, moving to new solutions, moving to the cloud, taking advantage of consumer solutions so on. So don't think about them as I'm going to get 20 or 25 percent out of the costs and I can't do that. Think about it as we need to work together to figure out where we're going that's going to be a less expensive platform."
