"I think one of the biggest shifts for me as CIO is the shift away from, let's just call it, internal operational matters to much more external customer facing matters. And I really have spent a tremendous amount of time visiting credit unions — our B-to-B customers —  but also speaking with our members, and it's not difficult to do. But, the insight that I have gotten and my executive team has really received by talking to the customers directly has been very, very helpful as we think about technology, not only inside the company, but then also how we can apply it for those end consumers."
