The Harvard Business Review Analytic Services report, “Driving Digital Transformation: New Skills for Leaders, New Role for the CIO,” makes a strong case that CIOs must do more to increase digital acumen thoughout the organization.

But, while IT may be well-positioned to educate, they’re not always well equipped. Lack of a dedicated forum for digital learning or a CIO that is just "too busy" are cited as key barriers in the report. Download the HBR report "Driving Digital Transformation: New Skills for Leaders, New Role for the CIO" to learn what leading CIOs at companies HBR calls Digital Leaders are doing to evelate the knowledge and skills that all business leaders will need to succeed in the new digital economy.
