Which low-EQ trait does your boss display?

Count yourself lucky if you have a boss with high emotional intelligence. The work they've put into their own self-awareness, empathy, and social skills often translates into a more positive, inspiring work environment for everyone on their team.

On the flip side, if your boss lacks EQ, every day might present a test of your own emotional strength. Will an angry outburst derail your morning meeting? Will your carefully crafted presentation be dismissed or interrupted? Will your boss pile work onto your already stressed and overloaded team, or change your objectives on a whim?
