I personally do not like to think about my packages being flown through the air by a drone but Amazon shocked us all by announcing their R&D project, "Prime Air" which could potentially deliver packages weighing up to 5 pounds (which make up 86% of the company's deliveries) via drones in the next 5 years. I will wait until then to purchase my Nerf rocket.

Antisocial Apple Buys a Social Company

Apple will not however be social with the reason they purchased Topsy Labs, a social media analytics company, or how much they paid. The company has analyzed the half billion messages sent over Twitter, indexed every tweet every sent, and has made them searchable. There must be something in there Apple wants.
