Sandy Hill has been working with Pegasystems for over 20 years. She started in a support role for clients installing Pegasystems products, and gradually shifted to a role supporting the internal staff. She is currently responsible for several teams including DevSupport, Data Center Operations, and System Operations, which is made up of a global staff that supports and maintains Pegasystems corporate applications and infrastructure.
