"Well, it's really about face time and giving people exposure, and letting them know how important they are to the success of the company. And it's just taking the time to understand them, what drives them, and then giving them the opportunities to do it. Maybe that is an extraordinary step but, quite truthfully, we are not changing our pay scales and we're not giving them new things to do. We are just giving them more opportunities, where they really want to make a difference in our business."
