Aanu Gopald is a transformational Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coach, speaker, trainer and a philanthropist, advocating for expansion of agile methods across the world. She is the founder of Africa Agility, an NGO using Agile methods for social good in West Africa. As the first black African to attain the Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coach (CTC/CEC), she organized the Agile Africa Alliance, a virtual community of 1,000 agile practitioners. A champion of equity and inclusion, she also launched the Women in Agile chapters for both Nigeria and Dallas Fort Worth, USA. By trade, she works as an organizational coach for leadership teams at places like Toyota, Capital One, TD Bank, and the UK Government
