Andrea Cavallari serves as Director, Solutions and Technology Practices LATAM, for Red Hat. She has a bachelors degree in Information Systems from Mackenzie University. She also holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV, with an international extension at University of California. She always worked on Customer Experience & Support organizations for open source solutions and, since 2014, has been dedicated to Customer Success management at Red Hat for Latin America.
With a mission to improve adoption of emerging technologies by connecting technology to business objectives, Andrea is now leading the Solutions & Technology Practices team at Red Hat Services organization focusing on Transformation & Adoption practices.
In her spare time, she enjoys writing articles related to collaboration and diversity, taking care of her two cats, her husband and an ornamental fish tank.
