Cathal held the position of CEO of FeedHenry, when the company was acquired by Red Hat the leading open source solutions company in October 2014. A seasoned entrepreneur Cathal has over 20 years experience in the Enterprise IT industry in the USA and Europe. He was the founder and CEO of Performix Technologies, a leader in call center performance management solutions and more recently, was President of Aran Technologies Inc. in the US, a leading provider of CEM solutions for the telecoms industry, which was acquired in 2009 by Tektronix. Cathal has served on the boards of several technology start-ups and is a member of the North American Advisory Board of the Michael Smurfit Business School. McGloin is a frequent speaker on the topic of enterprise mobility and enterprise software innovation. Cathal holds an MBA from the Smurfit Business School and a BE from University College Dublin.
