He’s evolved this blended approach through his years as a technology steward for WarnerBros., Dreamworks, Ticketmaster, Hollywood.com, Qwest Communications, Luxury Link, and Evite. Additionally, he’s consulted for Slack, Roku, Riot Games, System1, Holland America Cruise Lines, ESPN, and Cedars-Sinai.
In addition to coaching, Erik is an architect, facilitator, and driver of efficiency. His work is viewed through the lenses of People, Process, Technology and Product. He is a practitioner of lean & iterative development, team health strategies, risk assessment & mitigation, due diligence, capacity planning, KPI-driven operations, and revenue/expense forecast modeling.
Erik has been traditionally trained with an M.S. in Computer Science and is an industry speaker with a number of publications. He’s active in the West Coast startup and technology community, teaches at UCLA, and sits on the board of several early-stage ventures.
