Ken LeBlanc is a seasoned veteran of the IT industry, recognized for his ability and passion to successfully collaborate with executive stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. Most recently, Ken served as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Iron Mountain. In that role, Ken focused on ensuring the global workforce had the required tools and capabilities, while also modernizing IT's infrastructure, services, and business solutions.
Prior to that, Ken was a Partner at CIO Sensei, an IT advisory firm dedicated to accelerating CIO’s strategic priorities and guiding organizational transformations.
With EMC Corporation for over 15 years, Ken held several IT leadership roles including: CIO and SaaS Operations of RSA, the security division; Global Solution Delivery; Service Management Transformation; Digitization & Automation; Mergers & Acquisitions; Program and Portfolio Management; Governance; and Operational Effectiveness.
Prior to joining EMC, Ken spent 16 years at Digital Equipment Corporation serving in several technology roles. In 1997, Ken left DEC to pursue business consulting at a fast-paced startup firm. As a Client Engagement and Delivery Partner, Ken gained significant client management, business operations, entrepreneurial, and consulting experience.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Science from Framingham State College and his MBA from Babson College. Ken is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Society for Information Management.
