Marilyn Daly

Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations, Neighborhood Health Plan

As Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations, Marilyn Daly leads both Information Technology and Operations functions at NHP. Her cross-functional areas of responsibility include information architecture, business intelligence and analysis, reporting, the Project Management Office, claims, provider enrollment, and process improvement. Ms. Daly ensures that IT and Operations strategies are aligned with business, operational, and financial goals. Ms. Daly’s teams provide a range of services in many areas throughout the organization and work closely with internal partners in customer service, finance, clinical services, provider contracting, and strategy and marketing to improve efficiency and user experience.

Ms. Daly joined NHP in 1996 and has held leadership positions in clinical services, information technology, and operations. Throughout her time at NHP, Ms. Daly has helped the organization maximize technology, people, and process to produce the best customer experience and meet the changing needs of a competitive environment.

In addition to her work at NHP, Ms. Daly sits on the Board of Directors for New England Healthcare Exchange Network (NEHEN). She is also a member of Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and Women in Technology International (WITI).

Ms. Daly earned a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University, a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Emmanuel College, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Laboure College.
