Megan leads the Customer Experience (CX) Programs organization at Red Hat. The mission of the team is to enable Red Hat’s success by championing the customers’ voice and elevating Red Hat’s customer-centered culture. She joined Red Hat five years ago to create an analytics team in the Customer Experience and Engagement organization, and grew the team from three associates in the US to a global team of 24 data analysts, data scientists and engineers located across the US, EMEA and APAC. In March, she took over the CX Programs org to lead the strategic vision of creating a world class, ‘customer first’ company culture, supported by insights and actions, connected across the customer lifecycle.

Prior to Red Hat she led an analytics team at a national communications and advertising agency. Megan lives in Raleigh with her husband and two energetic children, and they spend their weekends having impromptu dance parties in their kitchen, playing outside, and watching Disney movies.
