Robert (Bob) Sullivan leads Agero’s Technology Shared Services organization. This includes Cloud Operations, Data Networking, Site Reliability, Infrastructure Security, End User Services, IT Procurement, Infrastructure Security, and Telecommunications teams. Bob is the executive tasked with delivery of highly reliable IT solutions within this life safety organization.
Bob has over 25 years experience in the contact center, software, and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Agero (2015), Bob held several roles at eGain (after their acquisition of Exony) including Director of Technical Account Manager, Director of Sales, and Director of Professional Services. He joined Exony from Stream, a large global contact center outsourcer where he headed Global Telecommunications. Early in his career, he worked at EquiServe/Bank of Boston where he worked for eight years in a number of telecommunications and customer service roles.
Bob holds a BA in Business Administration. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
