Scott Terrell is senior vice president and chief information officer for HealthMarkets Insurance Agency, one of the largest independent health insurance agencies in the United States. Terrell has 20 years of information technology experience in a variety of industries, with most of those years spent in management. Terrell received the Corporate CIO of the Year ORBIE Award in 2018. HealthMarkets distributes health, Medicare, life and supplemental insurance products from more than 200 insurance companies with thousands of plans available nationwide to individuals and families, seniors, small business owners and their employees.
